I can prepare these annual forms for you and make it easier for you to prepare each year.  We use online  1099 software that rolls forward each year and emails all forms to vendors and the IRS.  No printing, no mailing.

Once all the data is entered and accurate, it's nice to have reports that tell the story of your business, and help you plan.  Or you may need custom reports for your partners or the bank.

Generally I do not prepare individual or corporation tax returns, but I gladly work with your tax professional to provide the information needed.
